You're talking identity management.
Version 1 of IPA already does this:

Version 2 just hit Alpha 2:
http://freeipa.org/page/IPAv2_alpha2
IPA integrates many components into a full identity solution.
In a nutshell, the former Netscape iPlanet capabiilities, but
wrapped around countless services -- including RADIUS --
as a single solution.
IPA is a crapload easier than trying to do it piecemeal.

P.S. It also replaces the IETF standard "people" schema with
the more Windows-centric "NTUSER" schema, so it integrates
with ActiveDirectory Services (ADS) much better. This is more
of a customer expectation than for any other reason.

correct WPA2 personal is on the router, but i wanted to play around
with WPA2 enterprise. It requires some kind of 3rd party
server/software to verify the key. it requires a Radius type server
like freeRadius,
