Oh many, those 800x-2LP cards were designed for up to
four (4) channels -- same as the 800x-4LP.  So I'm sure it
had plenty of power to spare.  ;)

IIRC it was an 8006-2LP but I don't remember the details for sure.  I just
enjoy the story because the only permanent damage was to the wiring and
the fact that I never bothered to fix the LED in that case.
