[Leaplist] Using xpdf

Unfortunately I have only ever found three ways to fill in pdf forms:

1. Use the official Adobe Acrobat reader
2. Take screen shot, fill in using gimp
3. Print, fill out by hand, scan

None of the open source pdf software I have tried has supported forms.
