Requirements
	• Network and System Administration experience managing heterogeneous  
Windows and GNU/Linux environments
	• Extensive IP networking experience
	• Advanced Active Directory and Exchange experience
	• Debug and troubleshoot knowledge of standard Internet protocols  
(HTTP, DNS, SSH)
	• Network security and intrusion detection/prevention (firewalls,  
snort, anti-spam, anti-virus)
	• End user desktop hardware/software support, malware recovery and  
general troubleshooting
	• Backup systems (Windows backup, Netbackup, Dirvish)

Preferred
	• 2+ years of Windows and GNU/Linux administration
	• Perl/Shell/PHP/ASP/VB coding experience
	• Familiar with node/resource monitoring software such as Nagios
	• AoE and iSCSI concept familiarity
	• Advanced knowledge of TCP and UDP protocols, unicast and multicast  
concepts and implementation
	• Basic SQL command knowledge with MySQL experience
	• Experience with NFS, Samba, CUPS, BIND, Apache, DHCP, NTP, LDAP,  
Kerberos, Postfix, RSYNC
	• Cisco IOS switch/router basic commands and diagnostics
