[Leaplist] Smallest wm for Gentoo

Well that's in portage really. I don't care about the integration as
there will only ever be one X app running on it. I thought about just
running the X server by itself but thought it best to run a wm. I am
going to try Richard's suggestion of evilwm (it's in portage) first
and if that tanks I will punt and go with fvwm2 since I have used that
before in the distant past.
