BTW.  My test,just now, shows 21.09 Mb/s down and 1.79Mb/s up.
Latency is 106ms, and it shows a graphic of DL that an 800 MB movie 
would DL in 5 minutes.

I remember that RoadRunner was financed by the financial entity Bright 
House, and when RR was not able to cover the loans, some markets were 
fully acquired by BHN, the subsidiary of BH that was created to manage 
those markets,

My guess is that many of the servicing entities of the plant 
infrastructure are contractors, and NuVox Communications could be one 
such contractor.

a Google search for NuVox Communications brings back Nuvox.com "Serving 
16 states in the South East US."
