That's a message you receive when you try to open a .pdf file without a .pdf
reader or similar. In this case, you don't have anything that knows how to
open a .exe file... in other words, you're hosed as far as that route will
take you. You can try to open it in Windows Exploder (after saving it) and
see if that gives you the same result.
