1) Depending on the quality you need, one way would be to take a screen shot 
and print the jpeg.  (I've done it with gkrellm-shoot, but there are lots of 
other screen capture programs)

2) You might be able to copy and paste into an editor or word processor where 
you have lots more control over the content.
