Yeah, I have done similar things at BB just not with a laptop.  Just don't
ever buy cables from them (Monster).  I almost bought my Yamaha receiver
from them a while back but when I went home to double check the specs and
compare with other models I discovered that I could buy the same thing for
the same price direct from Yamaha with free shipping and no sales tax so
that is what I did instead.  Speaker wire came from Sky Craft though.
