Thank you Randall, Damien, and Dan. I just got back in town so I will
be looking into these tomorrow. This is going to be a public facing
knowledge base connected to our Web site, mainly for our clients but
open to anyone who stumbles across it. The idea is to provide a small
knowledge base that is searchable and can answer some of the simple
questions and provide some of the user-level fixes. It's my
understanding that most of them are comprised of a single HTML
template that pulls the info from a database and fills in the fields.
If that is correct, that is exactly what we are looking for.
