[Leaplist] DVD/CD Emulator

I have come across scenarios where I need to burn a CD or DVD that I will
only use once and then most likely never again.  I could use rewritable
media, but its possible there could be a solution that's much more elegant.

My perfect solution would be a USB gizmo that lets you stick ISO files on it
either via some mass storage interface, flash drive, or memory card.  Then
you could switch this device into emulation mode and plug it into a computer
so the computer sees it as a USB DVD/CD-ROM.

Such a device would be so handy....  Does anyone know if it exists?
