[Leaplist] Reading a UDF CD w/legacy Linux??

I acquired a recorded CD that is suppose to have a .pdf file on it..
However none of my machines running Slack11.0 to 12.1 can read it /or/
machines with Win2kPro.. (Newest kernel I have is 2.6.21 I think.)

I hexdumped the CD and see things like "UDF Lv Info"; "OSTA UDF
Complient" and "OSTA Compressed Unicode"; so I looked at the UDF Wiki
and presume the CD was burned using Vista or Seven--just guessing.
<grin> (The fella that burned it doesnt answer eMail's. :^(...

My query is: Am I stuck as far as Linux goes /or/ do I have to try and
find a Vista or Seven machine to read it and, hopefully, copy to
ISO9660??? (The subject data is supposed to be a copy of the Service
Manual for an Icom 728 radio.) TIA and hope this isn't OT..

I'm enjoying your various threads and learning much..
