The problem is that many HR/recruiter people don't seem to when their
own clients say ODF or PDF.  Seriously.  No joke.  Seen it dozens of times.
And darn if some HR/recruiter don't ignore and even argue with their own,
potential clients!  I'm not making this up!  ;)
