great customer service, plus it turned you into an apple evangelist.

not that that's a bad thing- i had pretty much the same experience  
with the video controller for my white G3 iBook, then a few years  
later the power supply for my G5 iMac.

i can say that much for apple- their machines are more expensive, but  
it's almost always worth it.
