Sorry, didn't finish this thought.  There was a recruiter on one forum
complaining he couldn't find and place Linux people -- too few and too
many rejections.  A half dozen of people said stop submitting in MS Word
and he fired back the same comment, "it's a MS Office world."

Then he quickly realized he was part of his own problem after I took him
on a tour of his assumptions gone wrong.  ;)

The sad thing is that I warned his own employer of this issue several
times over the years when I've worked with them.  A quick call to some
of his company's own, additional locations and the recruiters I've
worked with (who hold me in the highest, professional regard) set him
straight.

HR, recruiters and others who _arrogantly_ say such are causing their
own issues.  Again, I cannot stress this enough, first-hand.  ;)
