[Leaplist] 3Ware degraded, all drives 'ok'?

I have been having trouble with 3Ware cards lately doing weird crap like
that.  Here are some things to try...

1. Flash the 3Ware BIOS.  Can be done with tw_cli in Linux but requires
a power cycle after.

2. tw_cli /c0 rescan

3. tw_cli info c0 u0
