Ok, I use Outlook at work. While I'm no Microsoft fanboy, I have to
admit the integration in Outlook is pretty slick.
One click on an email, it's in my To-Do list. Drag it over a calendar
date and it's an appointment, complete with the addressees as the
meeting attendees and the email content in the appointment notes.
One more click and the newest item in my To-Do list is categorized with
one or more categories from a set of customized categories.
All within ten seconds.
That is what tight integration can offer.
I use the integrated features all the time. They save me a lot of time
and that's just about the only thing tight integration really offers.
It's not about capability.
