No, no, no, no, no! Kontact bad, very bad! Every time I accidentally run 
Kontact, it totally screws up my Kmail to the point where I must hard boot 
the machine. Just this morning I de-installed Kontact.

One could make the point that I just don't know how to use it, but if I can 
screw up Kontact that badly, then I bet at least 1 out of the 100 seats can 
too.
