Final Release should be May 26th, according to fedoraproject.org

After that date, I plan on keeping a  torrent going for a week or so,
then I'll do this again:  http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/YumUpgradeFaq

I've done that many times now and only had problems with the results
once--nothing that kept me from booting though, and I was able to fix
them.  (If you plan on doing an upgrade using yum, you will definitely
want to read that page and pay close attention regarding what versions
you can upgrade to/from.)
