[Leaplist] "Multiple" Workspace access from main bar

Prior to one of the last few Firefox Browser changes I had folder
containing multiple workspaces on my machine. 

I am unable to find another folder to paste on my main page so that I
can use the increased work space.  Anyone know where to find it?

Also, I have pop-up "Not connected" PhotoSmart _P1000 label  that is
truly pesky.  How do I get rid of it?????
