I came across Adempiere.

I fiddled around with the alpha Windows installer.  It installs PostgreSQL and 
a Java stack.  Didn't get it to login to PostgreSQL, but eventually had the 
client loading.  Will run on Linux therefore as well.

Having trouble tracking down any decent UI photos, so I'll have to fix the 
login before I can see it actually run.
