[Leaplist] re: Ubunto user name/password

hi all, 

i just installed Ubuntu on a desktop . i know what i put in for a user name and password. nowwhen the system boots up and asks for this info it says i have the wrong user name and/or password. is there a way to back in and verify the pw?
