[Leaplist] MMS

I've never had a problem with VLC but mplayer exhibits this strange characteristic:
After I go to full screen and watch whatever it is I'm watching and then want to return to normal mode. I've tried using built in application controls and the esc key but no matter what i try, exit from full-screen logs me out and drops me back to the login screen. Weird huh?

There are only two things I have ever seen vlc do. Dump core or produce
static. I have never seen it do anything productive. I have only tried
it on Linux though.
Mplayer on the other hand works perfectly. On the extremely rare
occasion that I find a file it can't handle I check and the problem has
already been fixed in a newer version.
