It is generally hard to find any vendor that sales laptops with Linux 
pre-installed locally. It is better to go on line and  buy one. These 
are links to vendors that sale what you want.

There are others. A google search will find them.

You could have it shipped to your home country or the address of the 
Hotel or home where you are staying if you wanted to pick it up in October.

If you wanted to buy a Linux friendly laptop with Windows preloaded on 
it a little research on line should net you quite a few good choices. I 
have personally bought a laptop from system76 about four years ago. It 
still is going strong and everything just works .
