[Leaplist] Fwd: Omega (Pug) Release - Fedora Remix (with codecs, etc...)

For those that continually complain about the Fedora Project's
stance on possible patent encumbered software, a Fedora Remix
known as as Omega includes select RPM Fusion software on the
DVD with select codecs. Omega 11 is codenamed pug, based on
Fedora 11.

The software is still free and open source software, and does
not contain any unlicensed, commercial software. A number of
distributions fail to make these type of distinctions, and one
must be aware if any indemnification issues are just possibly
patent encumbered software, or actual, unlicensed software.

In any case, I would highly advise against redistribution in a
commercial or other, similar entity for reasons of
any indemnification. My continued recommendations of pure Debian
and Fedora apply there.
