[Leaplist] *Call for Presentations*

All,

We need a presentation for this month.  The speaker I had lined up is  
not going to be able to present this month (he'll be available for  
next month).  And since we've moved our monthly installfest (you did  
know that the installfest has been moved to July 18th, right?) this is  
the best forum to ask for presenters.

I've personally done 2 in the past few months and I don't have the  
time to come up with another one (I'm still catching up from the  
family and house emergencies from the past 2 weeks).

We have nominations for officers this month and so a portion of time  
will be used for that purpose.

This means that we could use a relatively short (20-30 mins) talk on  
some subject.  Perhaps as simple as describing what you are using  
Linux or Open Source Software to do in your personal or professional  
life; or demonstrating an application that you use; or perhaps your  
favorite tips and techniques...  Remember, not everyone who is a  
member of LEAP are advanced users.  What you take for granted may be  
extremely useful information for someone else.
