[Leaplist] special dir permission

Hello all:

I'm trying to have a directory with permissions so that any file created 
inside it has the same owner and group of the directory.
I tried with 06770, but when I make a file inside it has my owner and 
the directory owner. So how can I acomplish that?

# ll test
drwsrws--- 2 www_netred_default netred 4096 Jul 4 09:28 test

# touch test/file
# ll test/file
-rw-rw-r-- 1 miclaro netred 0 Jul 4 09:29 test/file

I'm using user miclaro and I'm member of group netred
# groups
miclaro wheel netred

# umask
0002


I'm in Centos 5.3

# uname -a
Linux newyork.netred.cl 2.6.27.7-9.art.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri Dec 19 11:42:37 
EST 2008 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
