Only in that stupid businesses that are infected use MS Windows and may 
contain personal information like bank accounts, SSN, etc... and that 
information can be stolen via this virus.  Well that is still 
speculation as no one knows exactly what this virus is going to do as it 
has not been "activated" yet.

Also once it does go live and IF it becomes a botnet, as is suspected, 
then it will have the power of all of those computers for DDoS attacks, 
spam, etc... none are good for ANY internet user.
