I'm on Alltel, and I a Samsung SCH-R510.  It does have a camera (1.3
megapixel I think - I don't use it), about 3 hours of steady talk
time, about five days on standby.  It rings loud, and I haven't missed
a call on it.  I got it free when I renewed my Alltel contract.  It
has Bluetooth, and while BitPim can't sync with it, it can be used to
upload MP3 files for custom ringtones, if that is important to you.
