Attached are the screenshots of what greeted me on Wednesday last. I learned
late Friday what may have been my problem. I failed to mention previously
that I changed my bellsouth email password. I learned that that password is also
stored and used by the Westell modem. So the solution is 1. press the reset
button on the Westell modem for a good 10 seconds. 2. open browser and 
enter 192.168.1.254. This will bring up a screen to enter your user name and
your new password and a confirm entry. 3. Shut down all browsers and restart
your browser. Your good to go.
