I'm not sure I'll have the ongoing time to stand up to be webmaster,  
but I can help build a site with Drupal?

What we could do is have a few people get together at DrupalCamp (on  
the Sunday, which is turning into hands-on Q'n'A stuff) and build up a  
skeleton, then maybe approach a designer to have some Magic  
Touches(tm) added to make it more unique rather than just "I  
downloaded this template"-style finesse?
