[Leaplist] Intrusive and obstructive pop-up window with Firefox

The following pop-up window has me completely  baffled

The pop--up intrudes when I attempt to bring up something using the 
latest Firefox Browser.  I have a completely up-to-date  Ubuntu on an 
AMD 64 machine. 

I cannot find how to delete Firefox so that I can reinstall it (if that 
is the problem).

Any suggestions or thoughts on the subject would me appreciated.
