RR lost their nameservers Jan 9th. Then, in setting them back up, a
huge number of legit IPs were "lost".
Then, clients were dropped. It snowballed with no one at the switch,
until Feb 9th!
but, the complaints swamped the switch boards! I know that some of the
folks in Bangalore had to work second shifts!
