[Leaplist] Configuring dsl on Ubuntu 9.10

I am having to face access to INTERNET challenge. Local Telephone cooperative offer dsl service with static host. So I revised my /etc/network/interfaces file along with /etc/resolv.conf but nothing seems to help me connect to INTERNET. 

Any help will be appreciated.
