Thank you so much for checking with us on classroom availability for
your upcoming LEAP meetings; this ensures that I can keep my Facilities
Department informed of all meetings that take place in the building.

We've scheduled your September 18th and October 16th meetings in Room
116.  This room is equipped with row tables and chairs that accommodate
22 people, an overhead projection system, and large whiteboards.  

We've scheduled your November 20th and December 18th meetings in Room
110. This room is equipped with row tables and chairs that accommodate
38 people, an overhead projection system, and large whiteboards.
