[Leaplist] {Disarmed} Connecting to router

How do I configure my home router from somewhere outside on the Internet.

>From my own home network I would just type in 192.168.0.1 at the browser and
then get to the admin log in utility screen.  I know what the IP address is
to get to my computer from outside shelling in (well I am able to ssh in
that is).  I am not sure how to get to the router utility from the outside?
