Hey Phil,

The reason I asked is that as of last month they no longer have us on
the schedule, and we had that potential altercation when trying to get
the room. If you have talked to them since then, we are in good shape.
If not, I thought that a follow-up might ensure that we get back on the
list without any incidents.

If you are short on time, as I know you are very busy, and would like me
to, I can call Diane and follow up to make sure we are in. Let me know
if I can help.
