Yeah, it still requires Publisher to be installed.

I noted the latest Publisher 2007 has more "Save As" options,
but it still doesn't deal well with how a "Word Processor"
does "strict layout" (or doesn't do I should say).

A better solution would probably be to create a plug-in
for Scribus, so an existing Publisher user could make the
transition. Oh well, thanx for the link.
