I have noticed that the Bright House servers were just updated, and the
techs forgot about a million ip addresses of customers, in the SMTP and
NNTP (NewsGroups), so, we all lost those features.
about a quarter million of us had to complain individually, it seems,
before any repairs to the systems were done!
Almost like they don't know anything about what they are supposed to be
doing?!
