[Leaplist] tagging or labels for IMAP backed mail

Yeah, it's not really hit the button and go, that's for sure. If you put on
mysql you can get up and running fairly quickly. The issue that has always
been a problem is when you get to the part where you have to compile the
apache module. It has to be cross compiled with php, cclient, apache and
mysql (assuming those are the systems you will be using).
