Hello everyone,
My company is releasing the next version of our software product which features a completely redesigned GUI. We are in need of one or two temporary/contract workers to create GUI test scripts to test the new GUI.
I thought I would put this ad out to the Linux group first because the type of person we are looking for is someone with good technical and problem solving skills, probably the same type of skills that Linux folks naturally develop.
It's really a pretty simple job--you are just creating automated GUI test scripts using a GUI testing product and also evaluating whether or not the GUI is working correctly. Our product is cross platform--it runs on Windows and Linux, but the GUI testing will be done on a Windows machine. You would also be creating test description documents using Microsoft Word.
This is a short term contract job that will last 6-8 weeks. Pay is $15 per hour. Please respond with a resume if you are interested.
Best Regards,
Darren Humphrey
