[Leaplist] Imaging Windows with partimage or other tool?

Is anyone using partimage to manage Windows (or Linux) systems?  I'd 
looked at it back in 2006, but never had time to get it up and running. 
  I can't tell if it's still actively developed.

Or is there something else that'll let me image systems at the block 
level (as opposed to filesystem where NTFS and new partitioning schemes 
could pose a problem) and save them across the LAN?  From what I can 
tell, partimage will let you restore a system by booting off TFTP and 
restoring it.
