[Leaplist] Installfest + Amateur Radio License Testing

I have invited another small group to share our room with us on our 
installfest Saturdays. From 4pm-6pm, we will have Amateur Radio Testing in 
the room with us. We will see how it goes, but these are some more techie 
guys and should fit right in with us.

And a new stream of technical people we can expose to Linux!

Testing will be limited to 12 people per Saturday.
