[Leaplist] leap state of the union?

I have maintained for years that we should nominate people the various 
Officers Postions in Leap will do the most good for in re their career.

Commercial Houses tend to count such positions as highly important 
meaning that anyone bringing that home to roost will be helpful to the 
COMPANY.  Each little leg in important to Leap / Linux :)
