I got there a little after noon and the room had a lot of people paired up and
well into things. I helped out a couple of people, but mostly just watched
and went with Patrick to get some things running down at the school.
The meeting after the meeting was very good.
At the June meeting at DeVry, we need to select the election committeee.
I think I have a speaker for our next meeting at DeVry, but it's not
confirmed.
We don't have any special projects going on right now, but Patrick has been
finding lots of places to send Linux into overdrive, so me might be helping
out with that. Right now, we are waiting on decisions from some of that
projects leaders. Patrick can expound on that when he knows more.
Overall, I think we are doing great. I don't see any great need to make any
large changes in our direction. I will run for office again (I haven't done
Treasurer yet), but I can't be president. There are many of our members who
would make great next leaders, so look around and make some decisions...
Until then: Happy Trails to You.
