Linux Mint 4.0 is my current suggestion. As far as I can tell, everything 
works. Wireless card detection even includes automatic ndiswrapper. Flash 
works out of the box.

I have not had to tweak anything to get it usable.

If Fedora 9 is this good, it will retake my favorite position but for now, 
it's Linux Mint.
