Points that I have pondered

1. Spammers are dynamic.
2. Many legit sender IP addresses are dynamic.
3. You have no control of how your email address is handled once it leaves your control.
4. Spam cannot be delivered to (or relayed from) a mailbox that does not exist.

My solution to spam

I filter on what is static and quick and easy to change.
A unique mailbox that relays (or archives) for a unique sending address.
When/If the receiving address is compromised/shared, just change it.
With ZERO annoyance to your other contacts.

I would configure a unique mailbox that whitelisted and relayed only for the sending email address of the Chinese contact.
