Sure!

I had a 6200 3Ware card, but it failed to work on a NForce3 based mainboard.  
Most of the time, it couldn't find either PATA drive on channel 0 
(master/slave).  When I first booted and built the array, all was fine, but 
when I rebooted the 3Ware BIOS no longer detected any drives.  (Tried 
different PCI slots, one drive unplugged, ect. to no avail.)

I hope the 7006 wouldn't have this problem?
