Since Avery doesn't make 12x9" labels, this is strictly OOo.

I'm still suck in Windoze, so it should help quite a bit.

Where is the "printers panel"? Do you mean the box that opens after you 
select [Print]?

The properties of the printer or the properties of the envelope document?

I have set the actual envelope size in both OOo and the printer. I have 
tried both landscape and portrait mode without seeing any change. The 
printer is using the correct tray.

Thanks, it's encouraging to hear that someone has made this work, but I 
need a bit more guidance to understand *where* you made these changes.
