Are you using templates such as Avery, or just OOo? If not, the one
solution I have used in the past on Windoze machines is to create a new
custom layout. Now I have no idea how to do this in Linux, but I'll tell
you how I did it in Windoze and maybe it'll help. I went to the printers
panel and selected the printer. I opened the properties and created a
new layout. I used the actual envelope size, selected landscape, and the
correct tray.I named the custom layout Envelope (it was my only envelope
I printed), and it worked. Without the custom layout, it refused to
print correctly. I do not remember the actual printer this was, but it
was an HP laser network printer. If you are using CUPS, I would assume
you can do the same.
